What You'll Do
Mentor a caseload of clients one-on-one in their own homes
Help clients work toward their goals and support them across all life-skills needs
Schedule clients' weekly appointments
Drive clients where they need to go — medical and dental appointments, grocery shopping, community events, and more
Connect clients to community resources and social opportunities

What We're Looking For
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current insurance
Ability to pass a background check and drug test
Willingness to learn - no degree required
