What You’ll Do
Provide guidance and support to clients and families with life skills, scheduling, and advocacy
Help create personalized support plans based on each individual’s goals, culture, and preferences
Connect families with community resources and services
Offer one-on-one and small group learning opportunities
Support families in building confidence while caring for their loved one

What We’re Looking For
Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities (IDD) and/or behavioral or mental health needs required
Experience with behavior management, de-escalation, or structured support plans strongly preferred
Associate’s degree or 3+ years of relevant experience in human services, caregiving, behavioral support, or social services
Valid California driver’s license (3+ years), reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
Ability to pass background check and drug screening (paid by Compass)
CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days of hire (we’ll help you obtain it)
