About the Schedule
We have a variety of shifts available.
Some weekend availability is preferred, as a few schedules include Monday–Friday shifts plus either a Saturday or Sunday.
What You’ll Do
Provide one-on-one support to clients in their homes and communities, including:
Medication reminders and basic health support
Transportation to work, school, or appointments
Grocery shopping, meal prep, and light household tasks
Support with daily routines and personal care
Community outings and activities
Pay Range
$20.25–$24.50/hour for daytime shifts (8am–12am)
Overnight shifts (12am–8am): standard rate

Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Valid CA driver’s license (at least 3 years)
Reliable vehicle and valid auto insurance
Ability to pass background check and drug test (Compass pays)
CPR & First Aid certification (we’ll provide training)
