ASL DSP / CFS Specialist

Starting Pay Range: $22.50-$28.50/hr

We’re hiring an ASL DSP / Coordinated Family Support (CFS) Specialist to join our growing team. This is your chance to support dreams, uplift families, and be part of a compassionate, forward-thinking agency.

About the Role:

Coordinated Family Support (CFS) is a new, innovative service for adults with disabilities who live with family. As a CFS Specialist, you’ll:

• Teach life skills and support clients in reaching their personal goals
• Help with scheduling, case management, and advocacy
• Lead fun and meaningful individual and group learning activities
• Connect families to community resources
• Celebrate and respect each client’s unique culture, language, and needs

What You’ll Need:

• American Sign Language – Required
• Associate's degree OR 3 years' experience in human services
• Valid driver’s license (3+ years), clean driving record, and reliable vehicle
• Ability to pass background check and drug test (we cover the cost!)
• CPR & First Aid before hire (we’ll pay for it!)
• Passion for advocacy and disability rights is a huge plus!

Schedule:

Work directly with clients in their homes and communities.
