Bilingual Case Manager (ILS Facilitator)
Full-time | Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
Starting Pay: $26–$28/hour | Growth up to $34/hour

What You’ll Do
As an ILS Facilitator, you’ll:
Lead and mentor a small team of Life Coaches
Support clients one-on-one to build independence
Oversee service plans and ensure quality support
Partner with families, regional centers, and internal teams
This is a hybrid role—split between office work, client support in the field, and collaborative meetings.
