Overnight Caregiver / Direct Support Professional (DSP) — Fort Bragg / Mendocino Coast | Paid Training + Full Benefits

$19–$22/hr · Overnight shifts · We pay for all training and certifications

Make a real difference right here in your community. We're hiring caregivers to support adults with developmental disabilities in the Fort Bragg area. You'll work one-on-one with a single client, helping them live independently and build a life they love.

This is an overnight role (12 AM–8 AM), based primarily in Fort Bragg. Reliable transportation is needed for getting to shifts and driving your client to local appointments and activities.

What you'll do

Support daily routines — meals, light cleaning, personal care

Provide transportation to appointments and activities

Encourage independence, confidence, and connection

Build a genuine, lasting relationship with the person you support

No upfront costs or certifications required — we cover and train all of it:

• Paid training from day one
• CPR/First Aid – we provide it
• Background check and drug screening – company paid

Pay

• Overnight (12 AM–8 AM): Standard pay
• Premium pay available for select daytime/evening hours: $19–$22/hr
• Mileage reimbursement for all work travel

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid CA driver's license (held 3+ years, per our insurance requirement)
• Reliable vehicle + current auto insurance
• Comfortable driving locally around the Fort Bragg area
