RN Care Coordinator (Non-Bedside) | Monday–Friday | Redding, CA

$101,920–$106,080 starting | Growth up to $135K

Full-time | Up to 20% local travel (mileage reimbursed)

What You’ll Do

• Advocate for clients in medical appointments and healthcare settings
• Provide clinical guidance to staff (medications, diagnoses, care plans)
• Coordinate care with families, providers, and regional centers
• Create and lead medical trainings for staff teams
• Track health trends and improve care practices
• Participate in interdisciplinary planning meetings

What We’re Looking For

• Active RN license (CA)
• 2+ years nursing experience (hospital, SNF, or similar)
• Strong communicator who enjoys collaboration and teaching
• Comfortable in a hybrid role (office + field)
