What You’ll Do
You’ll provide one-on-one support to help someone live independently and confidently in their own home. This may include:
Encouragement and emotional support
Assisting with daily routines and life skills
Community outings and appointments
Meal preparation and light housekeeping
Transportation and errands
Personal care (as needed)
Every day is different, and your support helps clients grow, connect, and pursue their goals.

Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
At least 3 years of driving history
Ability to pass a background check and drug test (paid by Compass)
CPR/First Aid certification before hire (paid by Compass)
